We have a new song out!
Our latest single, Written by David Hanshaw, “Be Right or Be Happy” is a fast-moving, good-humored song about love, arguments, and the surprisingly difficult art of letting something go.
The song doesn’t pretend that every relationship problem is easy. There may be lies, cheating, hurt feelings, and plenty of emotional baggage. But it also points out that shouting your way through the same old fight is a bit like rattling down a corduroy road in a truck: noisy, uncomfortable, and unlikely to get you anywhere useful. With its conversational storytelling, playful turns of phrase, infectious chorus, and even a little yodel at the end, “Be Right or Be Happy” delivers relationship advice without sounding like a lecture. It’s a warmhearted reminder that sometimes winning the argument is the least satisfying victory of all. When love is still in the room, the real question is whether you want the last word, or a happier ending.
Recorded and produced by Kenny Royster at Direct Image studio.
